digital widescreen flat TV

I nearly always buy Philips and it never lets me down. Very easy to use, stylish. Very good value for money.

Not just another hair dryer, this is a comfortable and lightweight high quality product. Does the job quickly and efficiently with minimal effort. Provides a variety of options in use.

Have found the product to be rather poor since area update with freeview and going over to digital only from local transmitters.The Tv does not seem to be able to hold all the channels,ie have retuned the set next time i switch it on either does not show picture orhas lost some channels ,tried retuning all ok then same happens again.

If only a decent working software was produced before stopping updates. In an era when usability is determined by software rather than hardware Philips have disappointed customers by selling a TV and discontinuing updates after a relatively short period of time. I certainly have lost trust in Philips, a previously trusted manufacturer.

I had a Japanese TV for over 10 years, but when digital was on the horizon i decided to purchase this model a number of years back. As soon as the warranty was up I had a great deal of trouble an still do. It will freeze and not respond to the remote on a regular basis. I have to switch it off and switch it on again to get it to work. I mistakenly thought that Phillips was a watchword for quality, but not in my experience. It stll looks like a new TV, but responds like a TV that is ten years old, or more. Come and see if you do not believe me.
