Quality TV, Great Picture
Really happy with this TV, picture quality is excellent. Really easy to use and set up. I have had Philips previously and never been let down. Very happy customer again! :)

Een dikke pluim voir de Philips helpdesk!
Zoals u hier eerder kon lezen baalde ik ervan dat mijn tv al zo snel stuk was, na contact met de philips ondersteuningsdienst was het probleem snel verholpen, nadat ik mijn klachten duidelijk had omschreven was de conclusie dat de tv opgestuurd moest worden. Doordat ik de originele verpaking had bewaard was dit een fluitje van een cent. Het ophalen doir TNT verliep niet zo soepel , ik wijt dit aan de overname door Fedex, Fedex regelde een snelle ophaal en een nog sneller retour van een hele nieuwe tv binnen 14 dagen. Alle lof voor de philips ondersteuningsdesk die mijn probleem kundig en snel hebben opgelost!
