Wonderful Ambilight.
I bought this television due its impressive specification. Out of the box the picture quality was good but the picture settings had to be adjusted to make the picture quality better. There must be settings which make the picture quality perfect which the manufacturer knows. These settings should be made available to the user which would then make this television absolutely fantastic.

Great picture- ambilight
I am satisfied. This is my 3rd Philips TV. Can’t pass ambilight. Especially in darker room (of course) it really creates great harmony and mood. And- it magnifies the picture too. Sound is ok. I am pro musician and value this segment especially. Step from ordinary TV speakers is huge. But- to get really good result, I added 2 speakers, plus 2 small subs. By the way- not expensive ones, these were just lying around. Plus original soundbar of course- now I’m good. What I want to say is- picture out of box is kind of okeish. It took me days, literally- to tweak different picture and sound settings to achieve this result. But- it is worth it. Last TV what I had was with me for 7 years. From new one I expect at least the same- so- time worth wasted:) Watching 4K TVs what my friends have (different other major brands), their specs look better on paper- but picture quality- not. What I really like about picture- it is very alive- natural. Not dull at all. Op system (Android) is ok- but I’d really like to see Google TV op system on this Philips TV. Remote is fantastic- looks solid, feels solid. Whats missing- qwerty keyboard on the back Overall- looks are good, picture is good. Thank you
