OLED+4K UHD Android TV - Bowers & Wilkins Sound

I recommend this product to anyone who wants a completely unique Tv experience. The ambilight and surround sound B&W sound bar are second to none.

Love everything about it, only negative I wish it was easier to get to the sound and picture settings. Apart from that it's excellent

I have always loved AMBILIGHT tvs, but this is just fantastic. Not only do the lights bring full immersion to the experience, but the sound bar makes every moment sound fantastic too!

Chose this tv due to the picture quality and sound. Went to see the tv before I purchased it and waited 5 weeks for delivery due to how good I thought it was.

Super-sharp OLED picture, thin frame and Towers & Wilkins attached sounder make this an unbeatable combination. Ambilight is a great addition to the package.

Have to play with settings a little but picture is fantastic and a great improvement on the Samsung Curved TV it replaced. Blue Ray 4K a little blotchy in places but that might be the disc itself. Had a slight issue with the B&W speaker but Philip dealt with that immediately - very impressed with the service

I've really been enjoying watching movies on this TV. I find the Ambilight to be stunning, a great addition to my room. The picture quality in "Film Maker" mode is simply stunning, I've rewatched lots of movies and I've enjoyed them even more than my old Pioneer Plasma TV I've had for years. The sound quality is good, a little under my expectations. I've added a sub and that has made a big difference. It's much better than most modern TV's but I expected more from the B&W brand. The sound is clear but lacks any bottom end. There is little stereo separation, but I didn't really expect there to be with the size of the speaker. Dolby Atmos just doesn't work, can't say I've heard it once. When I swap to my full home cinema setup there is a massive jump, but that is to be expected. But I do love the fact it's built in and acts as the stand. A very neat and attractive feature.

This is a review of the 48 inch model (48OLED936/12). Unlike normal LED/LCD televisions that rely on a backlight this tv uses the superior OLED technology wherein every pixel is independently controlled and lit. This produces a far sharper and better managed image with deep but detailed blacks and a picture that looks the same from all angles of the room. Although the image was over-saturated out of the box it was easy to adjust to my liking. With the addition of the Bowers and Wilkins sound system this product oozes class and is a real winner. I happily disposed of my av surround system prior to purchase knowing that the quality of the sound would be a worthy replacement and unless you like thunderously overpowering bass the balanced and refined sound is more than capable of matching the quality of the image whether it be an action movie or a classical concert. Although I was not familiar with Ambilight, and perhaps thought it may be a gimmick, it really is a welcome addition to visual enjoyment without being intrusive as it can be adjusted to your liking or turned off. The remote is laid out in an ergonomic and logical fashion and has a really nice feel to it. TV has certainly come of age and this OLED television is a purchase I am happy to recommend and one which will not disappoint. Since purchasing the tv in early December 2021 I did have a small but disturbing left/right motion jerkiness problem which manifested only on a specific programme streamed from the Disney+ channel. Fortunately it did clear itself and did not require any intervention. All good news and a full recommendation still stands.

Excellent picture quality. Ambilight enhances the viewing experience. Easy button lit remote control with quality feel. Replaced a 5.1 surround system, so this OLED television complete with a B&W soundbar elegantly built as the stand was a no-brainer. Unless you want a full cinema experience with earth shattering sound you would have to stick to a full surround system, this however is more than adequate at fulfilling the audio requirements of a normal viewing environment. Settings out of the box were too over-saturated for my tastes but it was an easy tweak to adjust. Upscaling very good. Expensive OLED television but with the inclusion of the B&W soundbar it is worth the investment.
