6700 series4K UHD LED Smart TV

tried various settings recommened on tech sites, but in the end happy with out the box performance. I have Xbox One, 4K blu-ray player and a HTPC hooked up. The Ambilight feature is cool at night. Freeview and Freesat connected too. The SES Astra sat demo in 4K is magic.

I Have been researching this tv for the past 2months. It ticks all the right boxes as I have sky q, so I am not interested in any built in tv apps and I have surround sound so the tv sound is good enough but not essential. have still to calibrate the picture properly but out the box the 1080 hd is great, but the 4k is phenomenal. The black levels are amazing and are so good you would think this led is an oled.I am watching the Lion King via Disney + and the images are breathtaking.

Excellent picture quality, but tv recording is really very limited not as good as a 1980s video recorder in this respect, also the apps other than Netflix, amazon YouTube are totally pointless

I think this a fantastic tv, everything I want a need in a tv, beautiful 4k tv, I love the LED lights around the back, easy to use and a great brand been going for a long time.

Great picture once you put the work in the presets are not really great but once tweaked the tv is very capable indeed. Works great with Philip's atmosphere soundbar too. The standout feature is definitely the ambilight and Dolby vision hdr support and atmos. I would prefer if Philip's would calibrate and optimise picture settings in a future update and also look at a glitch concerning the hdmi arc connection which can be glitchy with a soundbar. Otherwise a great effort.

After taking week's to pick my next TV, I am so over joyed I went with this model. The picture is outstanding, yes I have had 4K in the past, but it just looked so crisp and sharp, the sound has impressed me the most, I can choose from movie/music etc etc and hear the difference, if something to say bad, well it's the smart side with the app's, but that's just down to me and the thing's I like. For me, the price and the list of feature's are just to good on this TV, it's easily the TV of 2020, and by far better than what I have seen out there between £250 to £500. Thank you Phillips

My new tv arrived two days ago, after the latest OTA update it is superb out of the box, the picture is unreal in person, the unit switches automatically to each given 4K source it's given, through all HDMI ports, the ARC isn't the best so far but with a sound bar or external source it sounds incredible. With a 4K Stick from a major retailer the picture in 4K is phenomenal, breathtaking in fact, but with the same stick full HD is processed to be almost, ALMOST as good as true 4K. It is a very, very big television and needs a suitable stand although there are two places to have the feet attached, some retailers say it is adjustable, it's not in the truest sense, just the two positions on the bottom of the unit, the feet supplied are of a finish as good as the television so no worries there. There are lots of forums out there to calibrate your own set for free, which I have done but for the most part the unit handles anything thrown at it with aplomb. The icing on the cake though is the Ambilight, stunning when used and only adds to the experience, all in all, unless you want to spend far, FAR more, get this one.
