Great product but arrived broken
As a music system this is great. Really good quality sound and can play music through CD's USB's and iphone/ipod's. However the iphone/ipod dock is supposed to open and close with a simple click and mine will not close which is really frustrating becuase it is a simple mechanism thats should work. I received this as a gift and it now has to be returned, a real shame becuase its a good product.

Looks good, but that's it!
We bought this Product from Tesco and after taking it back 3, yes 3 times all due to the same fault, as the docking tray would not click in. We eventually took home the display model that did click in.
The CD player takes 10-20 seconds to load a disc and when it does finally load it reads the disc as one track rather then several so it skips to the beginning of the CD not the next track. To remedy this you have to open then close the CD panel and then wait, again, for the CD to load up again.
It also states that it charges iPhone's. However when I have put mine or my Wife's iPhone into the dock neither charges.
All in all very disappointing.

This product has some great features
This docking station/Hifi is a good system for it size. The down side for me the docking port, it can be frustrating at times when trying to dock my ipod. the spring on the docking point trying to put them together as the spring puts the spade pointing to the rear of the station.

Reasonable sound for size, stylish and compact but short on features.
In terms of form, this is a great little unit. Stylish, compact and yet unobtrusive, it will be equally at home as a feature or tucked out of the way. As for function, the unit is easy to setup and use and controls are intuitive both on the remote and the unit itself. However, functions are very basic. For bass and treble there are 5 settings to chose from - Pop, Jazz, Classic, Rock and Flat - the difference in each are marginal and independent bass and treble would be far more useful. The LED display is also very small and limits the amount of information that can be displaye. At the least, some reprogramming could enable the radio station name to remain displayed rather than the FM wavelength. Lack of digital reception is the most significant shortfall. However, for all that, this is a great unit for a kitchen or smaller room at a very reasonable price..
