This iron is easy to use it glides over the clothes.Had a Philips iron for many years, my daughter in law went and bought the same one after using mine, it finally gave up just before Xmas so in a panic bought another brand in the sale, big mistake. I have now bought and used the Philips Azur, it glides over the clothes, I like the steam in the tip as this make ironing between buttons easier. At first the steam button under the handle got in the way but I moved my hand down slightly and by the end of ironing I had forgotten it was there. I don't like ironing but this iron certainly makes the job easier.

Cable too shortIron works beautifully, glide along and if I'm honest one of the best I have used however the cable is way too short and I am going to be taking it back to the retailers for a refund. No where on the packaging does it state the length of the cable.
I don't think it was a marketing decision based on market research but a cost saving exercise to increase markup on the product.

Azur Iron Lovely ironRecently purchased this iron I've used in twice.
Very pleased with this product. The cable needs to be longer by at least a metre. I have a small kitchen . I had to push the ironing board as near the socket as possible then the iron only just goes to the far end of the board.
This is why I gave it 3 stars for Design. After saying that I do love using this iron .
