Loved it until I dropped to the floor..I used this hair dryer for last 4 years. It worked absolutely perfectly and straightened my damaged bleached hair smoothly every time. About 1 year ago by mistake I dropped it on the floor while was drying my hair, so the brush came out and seems like the plastic holder inside was broken straightaway. I was really upset as I didn't expect that can be broken so easily. I still used it for 1 year and hold the brush by my finger but it was very uncomfortable and too hot for my hands skin. 1 week ago while I was drying my hair, some fire sparks came out from inside and I switched it off immediately. Dryer went to the bin..and at this moment I struggle what to buy..

Good Product Ruined By Design FaultI absolutely loved this hair styler as it dried my hair quickly and smoothly and needed only minimal use with hair straighteners after my hair was dry, however I am on my 6th one in less than a year as the paddle brush keeps snapping off rendering the dryer useless for needs. I have now very reluctantly had to buy a different brand of hair styler as the Philips Procare Airstyler has, in my opinion, a design fault that completely ruins what would otherwise be the best invention since sliced bread. Please Philips rectify this problem and make the paddlebrush more secure and sturdy and I will come back to this product in a flash.

if the product did not break consistently would highly recommend purchase. As with previous customer great product, but there is a design fault with the plastic consistently snapping, so the attachments cannot attach to the hairdryer. i have replaced at least 5/6 brand new hair dryer complete sets because each time the attachment snaps. Philips have said they are unable to supply parts to purchase.

Good productI think this is a well designed product with just one major flaw and that is that it doesn't have a hot setting on the low speed setting. There is a warm setting but I would like to use a higher heat setting without blowing my hair around so much. Other than that, it's a good product and I'm not sure how the other users managed to break theirs as mine seems fairly sturdy!
