A well thought out productMy first impression was that the manufacturer had taken a lot of care in the design of this product. It is very well thought out, making it very easy to use. I've used the processor, the mill and the blender. I've grated, chopped, mixed and used the beater to make whipped egg whites. I'm impressed. It is not that loud (not compared to my old processor which was less powerful). I hope to get many years of service from it.

Processor good but not greatI purchased this processor just over 2 years ago and although I dont use on a daily basis in general I am fairly pleased with it
The main processor bowl is complete (no hole for the blades) meaning the processor wont leak.
The processor looks compact and attractive, although in hindsight I would have preferred a larger capacity as I often have to process things in batches.
I have found that the top has cracked on either side of the plastic screw on the lid, I haven't dropped it or damaged it and think that this is probably a weak point on the top.
I tend to use the processor to make pastry or to chop or grate veg, because the grater/slicer attachment is a fair distance from the top/chute where you put in the veg, large chunks are left between the lid and the grater and therefore not chopped or grated.

I have just purchased the product.I have just purchased the product. The manual is awful. It has table where they give you the picture of the attachment like a grating blade, they give the pictures of fruit/vegetable, speed, time but they don't mention what each does. If they could at least add a picture of what each does that would help. All also a little bit
Description, what blades could be used with each attachment. With the mill don't know whether dry ingredients and wet ingredients could be used. To start I think I have to try out each to know what they do. I know they mention colour coding but it doesn't help in some instance. I called philips customer services but they referred the website which was not very helpful
I cannot comment on the product as I haven't used it as yet. Will do later once I have used it.

Very disappointing performanceI'm very disappointed with this model. It won't cope with root vegetables such as celeriac or beetroot, leaving large lumps on top of the plates. Even cauliflower was ground leaving irregular lumps, as were walnuts in the grinder. It couldn't cope with a whole cauliflower and I really don't want the faff of doing batches. I wish I had gone for the larger bowl model at least.
