Dont buy one.
I have been using Philips dictation machines since 1976 and they have been faultless. 5 years ago I went digital, using Philips 9360, which was excellent until It conked out.
Replaced it about 6 weeks ago with Philips 9375, which has been a disaster. Every day I dictate 40-60 minutes whilst on site surveying houses. The first machine froze 20-30 times each day and the only way to un-freeze was to take out the bateries and re-insert them, which is very fiddly. Also this severely disruted my concentration so wasted a lot of time, plus getting angry with the thing.
The 2nd machine has started to not down load files, so I have to spend 90-120 minutes desperately trying to rewmember what I had seen and re-dictate. This is a disaster as I could be sued for errors/ommoissions. Next week I have to re-visit a property as I cannot remember everything I saw.
Operationally, the machine is a nightmare. It does not re-wind properly to re-dictate errors and it keeps going onto new files of its own volition. There are to many function keys. Furthemore they are clustered together and it is very easy to press the wrong button, or for this to occur when the machine is in my pocket.
I advise people to avoid this machine. Philips have un-invented the wheel on this one. One more failed download and I will demand a full refund.
I hope someone from Philips calls as I think this machine should be withdrawn. Philips should start making the 9360 again.

This product is easy to use and robust
I have used this machine for over 3 years and has always been reliable, including using it on site to dictate notes of buildings.
Very easy to use never had a issue with the recording elements of the machine.
