o produtio não tem um software que seja friendly
Nao é possivel com facilidade alterar o idioma. No meu caso, aparece um idioma diferente de portugues e as instruçoes existentes nas FAQ´s nao funcionam. Por outro lado, o customer suporte usa as mesmas instruçoes das FAQ´s e por isso é tambem inutil.
