Rated 3 out of 5 by Mumstheword from Doesn't glow in the dark My baby took to avent dummies straight away, he's nearly ten weeks now and to be honest I was always losing them through the night so thought I'd try the glow in the dark ones. I must say I was far from impressed. They simply don't glow. They are no different to the original ones.

We tried natural sun light and have even gone to the extent of buying a uv torch but still they only glow for 5 mins. Also would be nice if they came in girlie colours to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by sal23 from glow in the dark didn't work I brought a pack of these along with the normal avent dummies for my new born he took to avent dummies straight away. The dummy its self is fine but only glows in the dark for around 5 minutes after been in the day light all day which I am very disappointed about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by EmmaCharlotte from GREAT product! My daughter LOVES these. she will only have AVENT soothers now after having these! I love the glow in the dark factor which makes it great for in the night when she wakes up and i have to give her her dummy. Means i dont have to turn on the light or spend ages rummaging around for it! (However the last pack i bought of these only one glowed in the dark but as i have bought about 5 pack and they are usually fine i didnt mind.) Only let down is that it's blue. the 0-6 month ones were yellow so they were good and unisex but these look extremely boyish. I know its night time, but still, I think a pink or purple one would be great!

Great when you're bleary eyed in the middle of the night hunting around the Moses basket! I have since made sure a set are part of any new Mums gift set. The new parents are always very grateful when they start using them themselves, lol. Highly recommend :)
