My Philips AquaTrio Vacuum Cleaner does not flush on the flushing tray

    Published on 2022-06-08

If your Philips AquaTrio Vacuum Cleaner does not flush on the flushing tray, this might be happening due to the wet brushes that activate the Active Protection System. Discover the possible cause and solution for this below.

The information in this article only applies to AquaTrio model (not to AquaTrio Pro and AquaTrio 9000 series)

If there's too much water poured into the flushing tray, the brushes may become too wet. Wet brushes activate the Active Protection System that prevents your Philips AquaTrio Vacuum Cleaner from flushing. To solve this, you need to reset the device.

Note: Do not pour more than 300ml into the flushing tray. Also, to make sure that the water level does not exceed the MAX indication, pour the water slowly.

If the above solution did not solve your problem, please contact us.
