I have connected an external Hard drive to the mini USB port of the Philips Picopix 1020 but it's not recognised

Please note that the Picopix 1020 can ONLY be connected as a projector to a computer or a laptop
The USB port is not meant to receive any other peripherical therefore no external USB device will be recognized by the Picopix 1020
