Bottle feeding, 0-3 months
Knowing when to change the teat on your baby's bottle comes down to two key things: teat flow and general wear and tear. You'll find that most teats are labelled according to a baby's age, but it's really only an overall indication. If you notice your little one is spluttering or tensing during feeds, it might be a sign that they need a teat with a slower flow.
Once you've found a teat your little one is comfortable with, it's best to change teats every 3 months to ensure they remain in good condition. If you spot a crack anywhere, you'll need to change it straight away.
