Once again, Philips and the Society and College of Radiographers have teamed up to provide a conference programme that we hope will be stimulating, challenging and enjoyable. The exhibition provides many more opportunities to learn, catch up with suppliers and pick up the latest product and service news.
Our theme this year is 'Compassionate and Sustainable Leadership: Paths to Success'. With our services still affected by Covid-19 and the continuing workforce shortage, how can you, as leaders inspire and develop your teams? Is it possible to improve retention and find new recruits? How are others managing to make a difference? We might intuitively know that a compassionate leadership style is what we would like to model; but is that realistic in the severely pressurised world of healthcare right now? The NCRM sets out to provide a context for leaders in Imaging to come together in a supportive and creative way.
