How can you get sharper images and increased coverage without sacrificing patient comfort?
Our Xtend magnet, the lightest in the industry, maximizes homogeneity and is designed to accommodate thicker gradient and body coils to deliver a 55 cm field-of-view. This helps enable more comfortable patient positioning, also for larger patients, and better off-center imaging, ideal for wrists, shoulders, and oncology cases. It also improves gradient efficiency, reduces SAR and improves signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for sharper and faster scans.
