I would defiantly recommend the IPL to everyone. its a great invest. I have been using this machine for over a year now, and there is a massive improvement. I have purchased many machines after that for friends and family as gifts. Even though I have Asian skin type I have very few hair left. hopefully in the next couple off months they would finish to!! I am so glad u purchased this machine. it may seem a little costly however its the best thing iv ever bought!

Hello, caucasian female with dark body hair, also tan well, if that helps. I have been using Lumea Precision Plus for a few months now. Must admit I haven't used it as regularly as I should though. However, even from the first use, I could see the results. This has saved me countless hours of boring epilation, and occasional (itchy) shaving. My armpits are now pretty much hair free (3 to 4 sessions), upper lip the same, legs appear hair free at a glance, but still some rogue hairs I've missed on them (and soft stubble to the touch but nothing like post shave!). Will continue using so the hair doesn't come back as before, I could never go back to old methods now! Please bear in mind this device doesn't work on everyone, but if it does, it really does! Worth a try at least :)

Was quite sceptical when buying this product but thought it was worth the chance, must say I have not been disappointed, I started using on my face, under arms and bikini line and I'm now hair free, very occasionally I see a odd hair come through but one quick blast and it's gone, No more shaving rash, awful stubble or ingrown hairs, this product has changed my life, and saved me a fortune on salon visits, a definite must for people who want hair free beautiful skin.

I bought this a couple of years ago, I have to admit I thought the results would show after a few uses but it did take numerous treatments over 10-12 months but all.of a sudden you can't even see the hair follicles now and it's only light coloured hairs which remain. I was quite hairy on my legs as my mum's half Indian so perhaps this is why it took longer. I do use it every now and again as the odd hair or two might pop up but it's been.incredible and life changing! I will eventually use on face and arms. I found it easy and painless to use, just a slight heat from it. If you have dark hair this is fantastic, it clearly says do not use on light hair but make sure you persevere as that's what other users told me when I moaned initially..... Excellent product!

Great product. Easy to use. Legs are already getting smoother and I've not even used it for a month.

fantastic, ive used this for 7 weeks now and i can honestly say it the best buy ive made in my 43 years, At least four to five sessions are recommended before you will be hair free, this has been my experience too At any one time, if hair is at a different stage of it’s growth cycle, and for the hair to be treated it needs to be in the “active” stage. When inactive hair follicles become active, they will be treated. Philips recommends using the Lumea every two weeks on armpits and bikini area and every four weeks on legs will keep your skin smooth and hair free. But once you reach your desired level of “smoothness” you only need to complete maintenance treatments every 6 to 8 weeks.

het is makkelijk in gebruik . ik gebruik hem al 4 jaar maar de haartjes blijven weg doe het 2x in de week . maar na 4 jaartjes kan ik alleen nog mijn onderbenen en oksels doen dan is de accu leeg. maar ik beveel hem echt aan . is wel prijzig maar bij een schoonheidsspecialste kost het meer en na 4 jaar heb ik het er wel voor over gehad.

Ik heb deze na lang wikken en wegen gekocht. Heb veel gelezen over ervaringen van mensen met deze lumea en het kon 2 kanten op. Je leest mensen waarbij het werkt of helemaal niet. Ik ben die gelukkige waarbij het dus wel werkt ;). Ik had hem voor mijn vakantie 3x om de 2 weken gebruikt (ben daarna 4 weken weg geweest) en ik hoefde me al bijna niet meer te scheren. Onderbenen, gezicht, oksels en bikinilijn doe ik ermee. Alleen bij de bikinilijn werkt hij na 3x het minst maar daar zijn de haren ook wat dikker. Ik heb een licht getinte huid en donkere haren. Ik was bij de schoonheids specialist die ook IPL behandelingen doet en die zij wel dat ik "zachte haren" heb omdat ik aziatisch ben.
