The Bigger Picture: Opening up the discussion on holistic health and wellbeing 

Farnborough, United Kingdom – Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA), today we are delighted to launch a new thought leadership programme for Philips UK and Ireland called The Bigger Picture.  This is a purpose-led campaign that invites KOLs, influencers and our own employees to have open and honest discussions about some of society’s biggest issues. The overall campaign is designed to stretch across our complete health systems and personal health portfolios.  Chapters that we will launch in the next six months will cover a range of issues from sustainability, health and beauty to healthcare inequalities.

 

We are kicking off our series with conversations inspired by our Health and Beauty Trends report. Driven by PRQ technology, which analyses social media and search data to quantify and predict cultural changes, our trends report presents eight beauty and personal care trends shaping the UK today – exploring conversations in culture to the latest devices and brands that are leading the way.


Based on the trends report, The Bigger Picture video content series covers a wide-range of topics and viewpoints from how an influencer redefined her view on exercise following her multi-year cancer diagnosis and treatment to other influencers sharing their personal journeys on body confidence.  We hope that many of you see something in here that resonates with you on a personal basis and enables a moment of self-reflection.
