Natural Response Baby Bottle and Teat with AirFree Vent

Especially designed to help relieve infant colic and gastroesophageal reflux.

Designed to reduce colic and discomfort

Infant colic affects 3-28% of infants in Northern Europe and the UK1. Researchers found that excessive intestinal gas could play a role. When babies drink from our new Natural Response bottle with AirFree Vent, they enjoy a teat full of milk, not air. Even when sitting more upright.

How does it work?

When babies drink from the breast, they have their own suck-swallow-breathe pattern. Our new Natural Response bottle and teat respects this natural way of drinking.

Release built-up pressure

Our Natural Response bottle with AirFree Vent works to decrease the amount of air baby ingests by releasing the pressure that builds up in baby's mouth while drinking. This reduces the amount of air baby ingests and can help ease colic, spit up, gas and reflux – for a calm, issue- free feed.

Baby's own drinking pattern

Unlike conventional free-flow teats, our Natural Response teat is designed to work more like a breast. Natural Response adaptive technology allows babies to stop and pause – so they can enjoy a comfortable feed and follow their own natural suck- swallow- breathe rhythm.

Philips Avent AirFree Vent reduces air intake to help reflux

Reduces air intake

Gastroesophageal reflux affects 40-60% of infants². Our Natural Response teat allows for a secure latch, which reduces baby's air intake. And the AirFree Vent design keeps the teat full of milk (not air) even with the bottle horizontal, so baby can drink sitting more upright.

AirFree Vent

Helps prevent colic and reflux.

The Natural Response bottle's AirFree Vent is designed to reduce colic and discomfort by sending air away from baby's tummy.

Air release

Baby can sit more upright while feeding.

Because the AirFree Vent keeps the teat full of milk, the Natural Response bottle can be held horizontally, and baby can sit more upright while feeding.
