1. First 20,000 people to sign up for marketing between 1st June and 31st December 2022 are eligible for the promotion

2. The promotional voucher can be used to obtain £10 off selected products on the Philips Store at the following URL https://www.philips.co.uk/ for order of a minimum order value of £30 and a 3 months free subscription of The Mindfulness App.

3. Discount excludes shipping costs and while stock last.

4. Sleep & Respiratory Care and Clearance products are excluded. Lighting, Hue, TV and Audio products are no longer sold by Philips

5. Use of The Mindfulness App is subject to its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, voucher must be redeemed before 31st December.

6. This promotional voucher can only be used once.

7. Promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Q. Who is eligible to receive this offer?
A. Customers who sign up to the Philips CRM newsletter programme between the dates of 1st of June 2022 and 31st of December 2022. Qualifying customers will receive an email from Philips at the point of sign up containing a URL and unique code which will allow them access to their reward. 
Q. Is there a time limit to register using the code from the email?
A. Once you have received an email from Philips, you must visit the URL provided and use your unique code to register before 31st December 2022. 
Q. Is there a time limit to use my reward?
A. Once you have received your reward via email you must redeem your reward by the 31st of  December 2022.
Q. What reward is available?
A. 3-months Premium Mindfulness App Subscription and a £10 voucher code to redeem on the Philips online store. 
Q. When will I receive my reward?
A. Once you signed up to The Philips CRM Programme, you will receive an email from Philips containing a URL, unique code and claim instructions.
Q. I have not received a reward email, what should I do?
A. Please check your junk / spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate your reward email, please contact us and we can arrange for this to be re-sent.

A. This promotion is only available in the UK. 
Q. Do I need to keep my email with the unique code?
A. You must receive an email from Philips with the URL, unique code and instructions to be able to register for the promotion and receive your 3-months Premium Mindfulness App Subscription.
