    My EnergyLight doesn’t switch off after a session

    If your Philips EnergyLight does not switch
    off after a session there is probably a good reason for this. Please check the following:

    The ON/OFF button has not been pressed

    Check if the lamps go out when you press the
    ON/OFF button.

    Your Philips EnergyLight may not be working properly

    Your Philips EnergyLight needs to be examined to determine what may be causing the problem. We advise that you take it back to your dealer or a Philips service centre.
