    Ingredients dough

    800 grams of flour
    1 sachet dried yeast
    ½ liter of warm water
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1.5 tsp salt
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons olive oil

    Ingredients red onion topping

    3 slices of red onions
    2 cloves of garlic
    Olive Oil
    Coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper
    150 gram sun dried tomatoes
    50 gram green olives
    50 gram black olives

    In this recipe bread is filled with olives, sun dried tomatoes and sliced red onion. You can also replace the red onion with leeks and peppers. Delicious with soup or just as a snack.

    Method

    Put all the ingredients of the dough in the bowl of the kitchen machine.
    Knead with dough hook a nice smooth dough 7 minutes in speed 3 of the kitchen machine.
    Let the dough rise for at least 1 hour in an oiled bowl with a wet towel over it.

    Put the Sun dried tomatos and the olives on the bred in the center.
    let it rest for 30 minutes under a wet towel.
    Then bake the bread for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
