      Picture of Zoe

      Dr Zoe Williams MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP is a practicing NHS GP and media medic. Outside of the surgery Zoe is a National Advisor to Public Health England and is a clinical advisor to the RCGP. She is a director and founding member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

      Jules Von Hep is a spray tanner to the stars, body confidence and happiness podcast co-host, creative director and founder of global self-tan brand The Isle of Paradise and has seen more naked bodies than most.

      Sharron currently works as an executive assistant at Philips and has been with the company since 2016. After caring for her family whilst juggling full time employment, Sharron’s children have now left the family home and she is facing a new chapter in her life. Sharron will discuss what she is doing to be and feel as healthy as possible and how this is shaping her idea of beauty.

      Georgie is a body confidence influencer and a 2-time blood cancer survivor. Through social media, she shares her experience with cancer (and life after) to raise awareness and to encourage people to put their health first. Alongside this, her mission is to empower individuals to feel confident in their bodies and to never let their insecurities hold them back.

      We want to encourage open conversations and celebrate individual and diverse experiences. That is why we have launched our own research on the future of health and beauty so we can continue to have open and honest conversations about these important issues. We believe in being respectful and acting with integrity to help ourselves and others live well and confidently.
