    Cannot connect my Philips system to my router

    The problem may be caused by the auto channel allocation on your router for the system. The router will auto select a channel for your system based on your home network, while there may have a poor connection for some channels. You may need to change the channel so as to solve the problem. Please refer to your router user manual to understand how the channel is changed.
