If your phone brand + model is not in the list we cannot guarantee that our connected health devices will work properly. Please note that running the General health app on an unsupported mobile phone or other smart device, like a tablet, could result in technical issues that may only be solved by downloading the app on to a supported device. We are continuously testing and updating our app to improve the experience, and we will be adding more phones to the list of supported devices regularly. The app is currently available in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, China and The Netherlands.
