There is a headphone volume setting in the TV menu, which is use to adjust the headphone volume independent of the volume control for the TV loudspeaker.

If the headphone volume is set to minimum, you will not be able to hear sound from the headphone.

To adjust the headphone volume, do the following:

1. Press the 'BROWSE/MENU' button on the remote control.
2. Select 'TV MENU' and press 'OK' to access the TV SETTINGS and press the cursor right.
3. Press the cursor up/down to select SOUND and press the cursor right.
4. Press the cursor up/down to select HEADPHONE VOLUME and press the cursor right.
5. Press the cursor up/down to adjust the headphone volume to your preference.
6. Press the 'BROWSE/MENU' button to exit the menu.

Alternatively, you can select the headphone volume via the 'OPTIONS' button to display the QUICK ACCESS menu.

1. Press the cursor up/down to select EQUALIZER and press the cursor left.
2. Press the cursor up/down to select HEADPHONE VOLUME and press the cursor right.
3. Press the cursor up/down to adjust the headphone volume to your preference.
4. Press the 'BROWSE/MENU' button to exit the menu.
