If your Philips goLITE BLU locks up or does not work correctly, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is broken. If you experience this problem, try the following:
Reset your goLITE BLU
The reset button is located in the stand storage cavity on the back of your goLITE BLU. Reset it by inserting the end of a paper clip into the reset button hole. This resets the goLITE BLU energy light and clears its memory.
