No, everything you need is included in the delivery package.
For additional travel comfort you may wish to purchase a travel kit which gives additional protection when packing your device. A micro-SD card may be useful for consistent compliance tracking. In case you lose any parts or they are used up (filter), you can purchase them on demand.
