What to do when my Philips Avent spout collapses

In the unfortunate event that your Philips Avent spout collapses, you can easily fix it yourself by squeezing the air valve (see below picture) so that it becomes unblocked. This will allow air to go through the valve and prevent the spout from collapsing.
