    My goLITE BLU resets itself to different settings

    You should always be able to apply your desired settings on your Philips goLITE BLU. If it resets itself, please check the following:

    Your goLITE BLU might be in DEMO mode. Look on the LCD screen; if 'DEMO' is shown above the battery symbol, it is in DEMO mode. This mode is used to demonstrate the goLITE BLU energy light in shops. In this mode, you can:

    • Adjust the light intensity

    • Switch the appliance on and off

    • Set the alarm

    • Set the treatment time

    If your goLITE BLU is not operated for 3 minutes, it reverts to its demo mode default settings.

    1. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds. The goLITE BLU will be switched off.

    2. Keep pressing until it switches on again and the word 'DEMO' disappears from the display.

    1. Make sure that the goLITE BLU is switched off.

    2. Put the adapter into the wall socket and insert the plug into the socket on the goLITE BLU.

    3. Press and hold the on/off button for 10 seconds until it switches on again. The word 'DEMO' should appear on the display.
