    My goLITE BLU locks up or does not work correctly

    If your Philips goLITE BLU locks up or does
    not work correctly, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is broken. If you experience this problem, try the following:

    Reset your goLITE BLU

    The reset button is located in the stand storage
    cavity on the back of your goLITE BLU. Reset it by inserting the end of a paper clip into the reset button hole. This resets the goLITE BLU energy light and clears its memory.
