PHILIPS UK NATIONAL SMILE MONTH 2021 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The promoter of this prize draw is Philips Electronics UK Limited (Company number: 446897). This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants release Instagram of any liability in connection with this promotion. 2. Entry to the prize draw is open only to persons of 18 years or over at the time of entry who are resident in the UK but excluding employees of Philips Electronics UK Limited, their families and anyone professionally connected to the promotion. 3. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4. To enter, entrants are required to share a post or Instagram story using the #ShowYourShine. 5. Entries should be submitted no later than 11:59am BST on Thursday 17th June 2021 to be included in the prize draw. Incomplete entries shall be subject to disqualification. 6. Only one entry per person is permitted. 7. We reserve the right to disqualify or reject any entry we believe to be in conflict with our promotion or not made in good faith or on other reasonable grounds. 8. The prize is 1 x Philips Sonicare handle. The prize shall include delivery to one address in the UK and Ireland. 9. Cash alternatives are not offered in respect of the prize unless separately agreed in writing. 10. The winner shall be drawn at random, on Friday 18th June 2021 from all entries received by the closing date. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and will be independently supervised. If an incorrect or non-confirming entry is drawn it shall be disqualified and shall not be awarded the prize. 11. Notification shall be sent to competition winner no later than seven days after the completion of the draw. Notification shall take place via private message via Instagram, and such notification shall set out the procedure for claiming prizes. You may need to check your Message Requests folder for notification. 12. The Prize must be claimed within 6 weeks of the date of notification. All rights to the prize not claimed within this period shall be lost and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. The Prize winner may need to verify their proper identity before claiming the prize. 14. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have assigned copyright in any material you submit to us, for use in any purpose and in any media worldwide. 15. If you are the winner, you agree that Philips may use your Instagram name and country of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. 16. No correspondence, except for notification of the prize, shall be entered into. 17. We may cancel or amend the terms of this prize draw and promotion at any time by publishing notice of the relevant details. 18. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond our control. 19. You may not transfer or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations acquired under or in connection with these terms and conditions. 20. These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 21. Philips will use the personal data provided to administer this prize draw and for customer service and marketing purposes, subject to the appropriate consents being given. Philips will not pass your data to any third party.
