Check if there is an error code
If E2 is shown, it means there is an air leak. Please make sure that the tap unit is properly connected and inserted onto the machine.
Check the keg thoroughly
The first thing we suggest is to check the keg itself. If the keg is empty, please remove it or turn off the power, as it may display an incorrect volume.
Then, make sure that it is properly connected to the tap and that the release buttons on both sides of the tap unit stick out equally far on both sides (please see the picture below).

Pour a beer
It is crucial that you open the tap handle completely for the volume indication to function correctly. In case of a power failure or if the appliance has been disconnected from the mains plug, the level indication will be accurate again after you have poured a few glasses of beer.
Clean the machine
Another common reason why the volume display may not be accurate is that the machine is dirty or clogged. To see the correct volume, try cleaning the machine and its components according to the instructions in the user manual.
Reset the machine
If cleaning the machine does not solve the issue, try resetting it. You can do this by unplugging the machine from the power source for a few minutes then plugging it back in.
