If you have purchased a new electronic device from our online shop, you can return your old (similar) device to us so that we can recycle it in accordance with the legal requirements.
You can send us your old device. Of course, you can also drop off your device at the recycling centre in your community. You can find your nearest recycling station here.
If you would like to return your old device to us for recycling, please contact our customer service and follow their instructions.
- Drain and clean the device (free of liquids and grease).
- Pack the old device in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate dimensions or in a sealed, tear-resistant bag. Ensure that any loose parts are properly secured so that other products cannot be damaged during transport.
Please note that the parcel is only free of charge if it has a parcel label provided by Philips.
