Drip stopper is not completely open
Before you start juicing, place a tumbler or a glass under the drip stopper. Open the drip stopper completely to let juice come out (see image below).
Ingredients exceed the recommended max level
The juicer funnel may become blocked if you insert too many ingredients. Remove excess ingredients and start the Clear Juice or Pulp Juice program again.
