Food colouring can discolour the blade
The discolouration you may see is normal – it is due to the titanium coating and has no impact on your processed foods and drinks. You can clean the blade using washing-up liquid and scrubbing carefully with a sponge or soft cloth. Once the blade is clean, rinse it under the tap.
