    Error code "Eb"

    The control panel has malfunctioned. Contact us for further assistance.
     

    Error code "E5"

    The temperature sensor has malfunctioned. Contact us for further assistance.
     

    Error code "E6"

    The appliance is overheating. Turn your heater off and unplug it from the socket. Allow a few minutes for the heater to cool down before using it again.
     

    Error code "E9"

    It indicates that the appliance is in a tilted position. Turn your heater off, ensure that you place it on a flat surface, then power it on again.
