I've had this speaker, the 10 watt version, for well over a year now and it's become a necessity around the house. So much so that I had to invest in two, one for the bedroom and one for the lounge. Myself and the mrs used iPhone 5s with this as well as Apple MacBook Pro, Apple Mac Mini, Windows PCs using AirFoil and recently an Android phone running AirAudio. Unless I have issues with the WiFi signal around the house the AirPlay streaming works absolutely flawlessly. Usually changing WiFi channel fixes any drop out issues I have and I can comfortably use my dual AirPort Extreme WiFi APs around our two bedroom flat. I would note that I do not extend the WiFi network, I have two APs placed at opposite ends of the flat wired via Ethernet to my primary router that does not provide WiFi. I checked the WiFi channels in use in each of the locations and set each of the APs appropriately regularly. This changes as other APs can be set to change channels dynamically and cause random interference in the area. All in all with the WiFi network in check these speakers perform flawlessly reegardless of bad reviews.

Bought this from a previous owner for a quarter of the RRP and I must confess, its a great quality product. The sound system is high quality and although it's designed to work for the Apple AirPlay, it also wirelessly stream music from my BlackBerry Z10. Although I can sometimes have issue with aux input, however it works perfectly well otherwise.

Just received this speaker for Christmas after searching high and low. Have been quite worried about buying a speaker without hearing it first hand but this speaker is worth it. Really easy to set up and there is a fantastic sound quality.

I had a Logitech Purefi for past 5 years, which served well until iPhone 5 changed their cable and the aux was terrible as shut off every 5 mins. I bought this after varied reviews, and after a fairly difficult set up initally, I played it and was blown away by the clear quality, 10W is enough for any kitchen or lounge but its not gonna be loud enough for a party of course. You do not need the iPhone App at all which seems to be the bug bear of most bad reviews on the net, you set it up as per instructions and just select airplay mode on the iPhone anytime, the App is old and does crash but as I said not needed, I deleted it and just use music app built in, you can also play youtube through it too. The wifi worked fine from my kitchen to router in other room which is about 20' away through 1 solid wall. I would have liked a Bose but couldn't afford one, this is a great second prize!

The speakers are easy to set up, look stylish and deliver a clear, clean sound. Can't ask much more than that, particularly at that price.

Marvellous for playing ITunes etc. music through Airplay. Works instantly and the sound quality is superb Looks good and doesn't take up a lot of space for the sound quality and power you get. Best speaker I have bought. Now couldn't do without it

Setup was very easy using wps setup, just pressing 2 buttons and voila. Since then it has never dropped out, even through several wireless router reboots - unlike my apple airport express! Once setup using it couldn't be any easier - I use an imac for a central store and from here the results are excellent. Great sound belies its size like the best of breed speakers do these days, but even so this speaker belts it out if required. using from an iphone 4 is also good and reliable - less so with an ipad 2, which seems to drop intermittently. Seeing as it works so well with the iphone and imac, it is clearly an ipad issue which I am happy to discount!
