I use it to monitor my flat that I rent and to check when somebody comes when I don't wait them. I watch the video through 3G, it works quite good. Motion detector sometimes sends fake alerts, but not very frequently.

I just bought this monitor about an hour ago, had it working in about ten minutes!You literally plug it in, scan the QR code and your off!Can watch whats happening, in HD, in my apartment from anywhere!The quality of the product and indeed the picture is amazing,Im glad I picked this monitor instead of all the rest!

Great picture, good GUI and very simple to set up. The only thing its missing is the ability to schedule / control the recording feature so its not constanly using your upload bandwidth, and constatanly sending you notifications when you move around the home. Other products on the market use your iphone GPS to deduce the fact that you are at home, and stop recording, they start recoding again automatically once they detect you have left home. If this feature was added to the Philips it would be the best on the market. It dosnt have zoom but the picture is so good you dont even need it.

So easy to set up compared to previous ones where you had to get involved in Port Forwarding and the like - this was up and running in under 2 minutes. Love being able to send recorded sound to it - thinking of what to shout at the burglars... Only one complaint is that you can't set a schedule for it, so it's on all the time - constant alerts on your phone as a result when you're at home which is a bit of a pain - if that could be built into a future update it would be really well received (it is available on most other IP cameras. Other than that, very pleased.

Har haft to af disse kameraer i et par år og er yderst tilfreds med dem. Har dem ikke sat til hele tiden, men når de skal bruges så sættes de bare i kontakten og efter et minut er de på. Godt billed og god lyd. App' en har også virket uden problemer uanset hvor i verden jeg har brugt den. Det eneste der mangler er muligheden for at gemme optagelser på SD kort.

[Employee of philipsglobal] iPhone SE On iOS 10.1(14B72) gets no alerts. Wife iPhone 5S with iOS 10.1 gets no alerts. Before update in iOS 9 All went fine. Still have An old 4S with iOS 9 And there iT works Well. Philips does not follow THE updates Well. Our iPads don t get THE alerts as Well.
