Multimedia Speakers 2.0

The speakers are good when you get them & perform well , however the wires connected at the back are weak and fray easily. The sound becomes dull and is not reflective of price paid. The main transformer is ventilated but gets hot over 60 mins use so not economical. Eventually the power dies and wires are warm so a definitive fire risk. I opened the whole system and rebuilt the whole copper wires with much more power friendly and thicker cable covers. I also changed the cooling fan for a twin fan and changed the resistors from linear to parallel and put another secondary one to work better. The speakers also need a cover when not in use. I also plugged a mains cut off to reduce power consumption.
