    Delivery times

    When will my order be shipped?
    Shipments of in-stock products are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. Items ordered at the same time may be shipped seperately.

    Order tracking

    How can I track the delivery of my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID number by e-mail from us. With this number, you can track the delivery of your order. Please note you may receive multiple Tracking ID numbers if your order is shipped in multiple shipments.

     

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order may be delivered to either a neighbour or a UPS collection point nearby. You will always receive a letter from UPS in the letter box stating where you can pick up the package from.

    I have received only part of my order
    If your order contains multiple products or spare parts, it may be delivered in multiple shipments. Please check your shipment confirmations as it should include the Tracking ID number for each individual shipment. Alternatively, wait for an additional 2-3 days to make sure any additional shipment can reach you. If part of your order is still missing, then please get in touch with our Consumer Care Team here.

    What shipping options are available?

    Please note that, due to size or fragility, limited shipping options are available for some items. Subject to availability, the following shipping options can be selected during the checkout process:

     

    • UPS Standard- delivery to your doorstep in 3-4 business days.

    • UPS Express- delivery to your doorstep in 1-2 business days.

    • UPS Access Point- have your shipment delivered to a convenient UPS Access Point in 3-4 business days.

    • PostNL- Delivery to your doorstep in 4-7 business days by PostNL or their regional partners. Products are shipped in a suitable protective envelope, cutting down on the amount of packaging required and allowing your purchase to be delivered through your letterbox.

     

    Please note that PostNL shipments are sent without a tracking code. Replacement parts are shipped separately from other products and delivery may take up to 9 business days.

    Which shipping option should I choose?

    Where possible, Philips offers a range of shipping options to suit your budget and requirements, while ensuring that your products arrive promptly and safely.

    Please be aware that courier shipments require somebody to be present at the delivery address to receive the delivery. If you will not be present on the estimated delivery day, consider selecting UPS Access Point and collect your delivery from a convenient location in your area.

    For applicable products, it may also be possible to select delivery via PostNL. Products shipped with this method are packed in a protective envelope and can be delivered through a standard letterbox.

    Is there an environmentally conscious delivery option?

    Where possible, Philips offers the option of delivery via PostNL. Products shipped with this method are packed in a protective envelope to minimise the amount of packaging used. In addition to reducing waste, a more compact shipment ensures economical use of space inside delivery vehicles.

    Please note that, due to size restrictions, the PostNL delivery option may not always be available, and all PostNL shipments are sent without a tracking code.
