The purchase applies to the following products during the period 1st October 2026 – 17th January 2027.

Registration and Activation of the Promotion

To participate in the campaign, you must complete the following steps:

You must purchase a participating 55” screen Ambilight from any of the retailers listed below, between 1st October 2026 – 17th January 2027.

1. Register your product on the official campaign website before February 28 2027: enginio.io/uk/a/philips_ubisoft_uk
2. Complete the registration steps on the Enginio website. You will need to upload:
   • Your official invoice (showing the price, retailer, TV model reference, and purchase date).
   • Photo of the serial number and barcode – two options:
     • A clear photo of the TV’s back label showing the same barcode and serial number as on the white box label.
3. After your registration and purchase receipt have been validated, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your registration has been successfully completed and approved.
4. If your registration is correct, you will receive an email within 15 days containing the Ubisoft promotion code.
5. You may resume the registration process on the Enginio website at any time until February 29 2027.
6. Applications that don’t meet these general conditions, were not made via the official website or are incomplete, will be considered invalid.

Follow this process to redeem your promotional code:

1. Go to the following website: www.ambilight-assassins-creed.com
2. Input your code exactly as you received it.
3. Log in with your Ubisoft Account or create one.
4. Select your platform
5. Select the content you want to redeem.
   1. If you already own the game, you will either not be able to select the game at this stage (for PC) or not be able to redeem it (for PlayStation®5 console or Xbox Series X|S console).
6. PC version of the game: Content will be delivered to your Ubisoft account. You will find the content next time you open the Ubisoft Connect launcher (can be downloaded here: https://www.ubisoft.com/ubisoft-connect)
7. Console version of the game (PlayStation®5 console or Xbox Series X|S console): You will receive an email on the Ubisoft account email address with a console key to be activated on your console.

Code Conditions and Offer Content

• Each Ubisoft Code allows the End User to choose one (1) of the following games, subject to availability and platform compatibility:
  • Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced – Standard Edition – PC, PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X|S
  • Assassin's Creed Shadows – Standard Edition – PC, PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X|S
  • Assassin's Creed Mirage – Standard Edition – PC, PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X|S
• The Ubisoft Code will be included with the purchase of any the eligible Philips Ambilight included in this Agreement.
• After purchasing an eligible product, the End User must register it through the Company's redemption site. The registration will be checked to confirm that the purchase is valid. This will include, at a minimum, checking the product serial number, proof of purchase, and the End User's name and/or email address.
• Once the registration has been successfully validated, TP Vision will send the Ubisoft Code to the End User by email. The End User can then use the code on Ubisoft's redemption site to select and redeem one of the eligible games. The code must be redeemed within the validity period specified in this Agreement.
• Each Ubisoft Code can only be used for one eligible Bundle and cannot be used separately or transferred to another Bundle.
• The code can be redeemed until 31 March 2027.
• Participants may register and make up to a maximum of one (1) redemption per eligible product line purchased, and a maximum of two (2) participants in total per household.

Legal Conditions and Limitations

TP Vision is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted registrations that are not properly received.

This offer is valid only for adult end consumers and does not apply to distributors or wholesalers.

The promotion does not apply to products obtained through gift cards or as a free item with the purchase of other products.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion related to Philips products.

This promotion is valid only for purchases made in UK.

The offer is valid only if all conditions in this document are met.

TP Vision is not responsible for delays or failures in receiving the Ubisoft code due to circumstances beyond its control.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with UK law.

These terms do not affect your legal consumer rights.

Personal Data Protection

Data Controller: In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide for the promotion will be included in a database owned and managed by TP Vision Europe B.V., UK branch, located at 59-60 Thames Street, Windsor SL4 1TX.

Data categories: name, surname, phone number, and email address.

Purpose: managing your participation in the campaign and sending you the Ubisoft promotional code.

Legal basis: explicit consent from participants who submitted their data to receive the promotion. Data will be processed throughout the duration of the promotion and may be retained for the legally required period.

Data sharing: Your data will only be shared with third parties when strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of the file. Any additional sharing will require prior consent, except where legally required.

International transfers: TP Vision may share your data with third parties to manage the campaign, always under contractual protection and within the European Economic Area or countries approved by the UK Data Protection Agency. No transfers to non-approved third countries are expected.

Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection by sending a written request with a copy of your ID to the addresses indicated above.

Final Provisions: Liability Limitations, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction

The organizer reserves the right to suspend the promotion without prior notice or to change or adjust the terms and conditions at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.

TP Vision and Ubisoft do not accept any claims for damages arising from participation or inability to participate in the promotion. They are not responsible for damages caused by technical failures, computer viruses, internet connection issues, or other external causes. They are also not responsible for damages resulting from missing or incorrect participant information, broken links, or technically defective promotional pages.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or incomplete, the remaining provisions remain effective. Invalid or missing provisions will be replaced by those that best reflect the purpose of the contract and legal requirements.

These terms are subject to UK law. The jurisdiction for disputes arising from or related to these terms and/or the promotion is the courts of United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
