1. Cleaning the brew group
Weekly: Remove the brew group from the machine (see 'Removing and inserting the brew group'). Rinse it under the tap (see 'Cleaning the brew group under the tap').
Monthly: Clean the brew group with the Philips coffee oil remover tablet (see 'Cleaning the brew group with the coffee oil remover tablets').
2. Lubricating the brew group
Lubricate the brew group of the machine regularly so that all mechanical parts can move freely. Use the brew group grease HD5061.
3. Cleaning the coffee funnel
Clean the coffee funnel to ensure that the coffee flows smoothly through your espresso machine.
Weekly cleaning: Clean the coffee filter with a spoon handle from top to bottom over the compartment for pre-ground coffee. If this compartment is not available, guide the spoon from below.
