    Mask disturbances

Philips Sleep Headphones block intrusive sounds in two ways: passively, like earplugs, and by introducing white noise as you drift off— masking the sound of pets, snoring partners, and whatever’s happening outside.

    Your questions, answered

Are Philips Sleep Headphones good for side sleepers?

Yes. Philips Sleep Headphones are designed to be comfortable however you sleep. The buds are made to be so thin that you hardly notice them—even when sleeping on your side.

    Are there volume controls?

Yes. You can find them on the control panel at the back of your head.

Do Philips Sleep Headphones have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

No. But they do help block noise with passive noise isolation and mask it with white noise.

Can I listen to my own audio?

Of course. You can stream from your own library and favourite services, choose soundscapes and meditations from the Kokoon library, or even overlay the two.

How much is a Kokoon subscription?

Philips Sleep Headphones come with a complementary one-year subscription. After that you can choose to continue your subscription for €2.99 per month, or less if you select a 1- or 2-year plan.

Do Philips Sleep Headphones work without a Kokoon subscription?

Absolutely. You can still listen to your music as normal. And, if you miss the sound library and analytics you can always resubscribe.

Do Philips Sleep Headphones help with tinnitus?

Wearing headphones while you sleep can help reduce the effects of tinnitus by minimising external noise, blocking out environmental distractions, and helping you relax.

Philips Sleep Headphones further help by using noise masking rather than active noise cancellation which can sometimes disturb tinnitus sufferers.

Can I use Philips Sleep Headphones for phone calls?

Yes. Philips Sleep Headphones have an integrated microphone to make calls over Bluetooth.
