    How to use activity mode?

    Published on 2017-05-18

The Philips health watch can help you gain insight into your activity level, by measuring several parameters such as: calorie burn, steps, active minutes, sedentary behavior, heart rate and heart rate zones. The device can automatically recognize walking, running and cycling, and start and stop measuring itself for these activities. You can also stop and start measurements by selecting the activity mode, in the main menu.

If you want to start an activity manually, you can tap the 'play icon' on the walking, running or cycling screens in activity mode. You can stop or pause the activity when desired. During your activity you can see information about the activity: the activity duration, your current heart rate, heart rate zone, number of burned calories and steps (in case you are walking or running).
