In the Philips HealthSuite health app, it is possible to change and adjust three overall goals depending on your current focus for your health.

These are:

• Habit tracking
• Lose weight
• Increase activity

To change which goal you are following for Android, go to Menu and select Your goals. For iOS, tap the profile icon and select Choose your goal.
