Your Philips health tracker contains an idle alert which gives you a gentle buzz to remind you to get up and spend a few minutes moving.
You can adjust the timing in the Philips HealthSuite health app. For Android, go to Menu, then Settings and tap Health watch or Health band (depending on your device). Select Idle-free mode.
For iOS, tap the wheel, then Health watch or Health band (depending on your device) and select Idle-free mode. Enter the time you would prefer; we recommend 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
