The default measurement units you see in the Philips HealthSuite health app are determined by the region you have set on your smartphone.

To change between imperial (lbs/feet) and metric (kg/m) on your smartphone, go to your phone's settings. There, you can change to a region that uses the units of measurement you want to see.
