See the following instructions for charging your Philips Avent electric breast pump.
How do I charge my Philips Avent electric breast pump?
Philips Avent Hands-free Electric Breast Pump
Note: Only use a 5V/2A (10W) power adapter or other power source with the USB Type-C charging cable that came in the box to charge your pump.
Fully charge the battery before your first pumping session or when the battery is low. It takes up to 1.5 hours to reach a full charge, which is enough power for up to 5 pumping sessions.
When you're ready to charge, do the following:
1. Make sure the pump is turned off.
2. Plug the charging cable into a charging brick or other power source of a suitable power level and then connect the other end to the motor unit.
3. Your battery is now charging. The three battery lights on the pump will light up one by one and then turn off to let you know when it is fully charged.
4. When you're finished charging, unplug the power adapter and disconnect the cable from the motor unit.
